No, in order to use Slovenian motorways and expressways only the towing vehicle needs an e-vignette unless the combination (vehicle + trailer) exceeds 3.5 tonnes total permissible weight.
All vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of over 3.5 tonnes are subject to the distance based toll system DarsGo.
