Unless the license plates are transferred to the other vehicle, no transfers are possible.
IMPORTANT: Transferring the license plate to another vehicle of a different class (e.g. vehicle < 1.3 m to > 1,3m) the e-vignette becomes invalid and you are subject to heavy fines.
